OVERVIEW & SCOPE
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the purchase, license activation, and subscription usage of all products and services provided by Jewellery Software (Nexus Trade & Solutions), including Retail Software, Wholesale Software, Gold Test Laboratory Software, Silver Jewellery Software, and Point of Sale (POS) tools.
By subscribing to or purchasing any of our software modules, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
14-DAY FREE EVALUATION PERIOD
We believe in complete transparency. To help jewellery store owners evaluate our platform’s features, inventory tracking, purity calculation, and GST billing capabilities, we offer a Free Trial / Demo Period prior to subscription activation.
We strongly encourage all clients to utilize the free trial period to test all features and consult with our technical specialists before committing to a paid license.
SUBSCRIPTION REFUND ELIGIBILITY
If you are not completely satisfied with your software license activation, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial payment subject to the following terms:
- Full refund requests submitted within 14 days of original activation will be granted 100% reimbursement.
- For annual subscription plans, pro-rata refund calculations apply if requested after the initial 14-day window.
- Refunds are credited directly to the original payment method (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Merchant Gateway).
CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
You may cancel your monthly or annual software subscription at any time without penalty or hidden charges.
To submit a cancellation request, send an email from your registered business email address to info@jewellerysoftware.com or ahsan@jewelerysoftware.com specifying your Account ID or Store Name. Your cancellation will take effect at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.
NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES
The following custom services and third-party integrations are non-refundable once initiated or delivered:
- Custom database migration & legacy data formatting fees from older systems.
- On-site hardware setup and peripheral calibration (Barcode printers, Electronic Weighing Scales).
- Bulk SMS credits or WhatsApp Notification API third-party gateway packages.
- Custom bespoke feature developments requested specifically by a client.
PROCESSING TIMELINES & INQUIRIES
Once your refund request is verified and approved, the transaction will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your financial institution or bank, funds may take up to 7 business days to reflect on your statement.
